Manotick, 2022

This interior transformation focused on replacing a dated fireplace with a modern, floor-to-ceiling stone feature that serves as the room’s primary focal point. We utilized a light-toned, stacked ledger stone in a staggered pattern to create texture and depth, perfectly balanced by a solid flagstone hearth and mantel. The clean lines and neutral palette were chosen to modernize the space while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere. By managing the coordination of the masonry and finishing work, we ensured the stone was perfectly leveled and integrated into the existing architecture for a high-end, custom-built look.

Riverside South, 2020

This bathroom renovation centered on a sophisticated, architectural approach to traditional tile work by utilizing a deep navy vertical stack-bond pattern to create visual height and a contemporary edge. The design is defined by a high-contrast, recessed white niche that serves as a functional focal point against the dark tiles, complemented by premium matte black fixtures and a minimalist glass enclosure. As with all Sullivan Contracting projects in the Ottawa area, this installation was managed from the initial blueprint to the final grout line, ensuring that every trade involved maintained a consistent standard of quality and detail.

Barrhaven, 2024

This outdoor living project transformed a standard backyard into a multi-functional retreat designed for seamless transitions between the home’s interior and the landscape. The structure features a custom-built, multi-level deck and an integrated pergola that creates distinct zones for grilling, dining, and lounging without sacrificing open flow. By utilizing high-fidelity quality renders during the planning phase, we were able to visualize the structural depth and material transitions accurately, ensuring the final build reflected the precise level of detail and local craftsmanship expected of an Ottawa-based project.
